konniichiwa~ ahehehe
this is the thread where we could share our knowledge about the japanese language.. [kasi maraming gustong matutuo di ba? lalo na sa forum na 'to.. hehe.. ako rin! gusto ko pang matutuo!!]
so mga fellow gakuse [student], start na tayo?
let me just share to you my reference:
Basic Japanese by Yukihiro Shimamura
nabibili yan sa national bookstore.. sobrang galing ng book na yan.. :giggle:
tapos.. dapat may susundin tayong format..
yung word - pronunciation - tapos yung english counterpart
oki?
neway.. for the SUUUUPER basic stuff
1) most of the time, pag yung letter U sinusundan ng S [like desu] ang pronunciation nya ay silent U [magiging des ang pagsabi]
1.5) same as I in hajimemanutse.. silent I.. basta pag nutse ata or something similar.. silent i.. hehe..
2) pag older person tapos gusto mong mag give ng respect, [like sir manix for example ;D] pwede tayong mag lagay ng san after saying his/her name [so magiging manix san ang tawag sa kanya ;D]
3) pag naman same age or friends, tapos gusto mong mag bigay ng respect, kun or chan naman ang ikakabit natin sa pangalan. kun for guys and chan for girls. example: kurkeh kun, dado kun, isa chan, isaw chan etc.
GREETINGS
ohayoo gozaimasu - ohayo gozaimas - goodmorning
konnichiwa - konichiwa - good afternoon
konbanwa - [not sure pa sa pronunciation] - good evening
hajimemanutse - hajimemashte - how do you do?
ogenki desu ka - ogengki des ka - how are you?
genki desu - gengki des - i'm fine
[english counterpart ng DESU ay IS pero sa dulo nila nilalagay yung DESU.. yung KA naman, parang question mark]
gomen nasai - [as is yung pronunciation] - i'm sorry
arigatoo gozaimasy - arigato gozaymas - thank you
sayoonara - sayonara - goodbye
oyasumi nasai - [as is] - goodnight
ayun.. yan na muna.. haha
POST KAYO AH!! ^^
